Finding the resources you need in rural Virginia isn't easy. Having raised two children here myself, I know what a struggle it is to commute to Northern Virginia for everything. That is why I am happy to offer a resource people need where they need it.
My home base is in Rappahannock County, but I am able to travel throughout the region that I call home. This includes Culpeper, Fauquier, and Madison county in Virginia's Piedmont region as well as Warren, Frederick, Page, and Shenandoah counties in the Northern Shenandoah Valley. If you are further afield, I am happy to meet online for tutoring.
Bringing the Tutoring to You
I know that long drives -- especially after a busy day of school and work -- can often be a barrier to tutoring. To help you access the support you need, I offer flexible meeting locations in all of the areas I serve. Additional travel fees may be required for some of the outlying areas.

Local Library: I typically meet with students in the local library. It's a convenient, public location with access to the most important resource -- books.

In-Home Sessions: If the most convenient and comfortable place for your child to learn is in the comfort and safety of their own home, I can accommodate that. I travel to homes throughout the region to provide personalized tutoring in your child's natural learning environment.

Virtual Coaching: If your schedule is tight, you live in a remote area, or you are outside my serve area, we can connect via high-quality online sessions that are just as engaging as in-person meetings.
